The former headquarters of two banks in the center of Bristol will be converted into a single luxury hotel and spa. The former Lloyds headquarters in Bristol’s Corn Street and the Midland Bank’s site next door, both purchased by Harbour Hotels, will house a new luxury hotel and spa.
Following an extensive refurbishment and innovative developments that will connect two buildings together, Harbour Hotels will have a 42-bedroom hotel with spa, restaurant and event space in the heart of the city’s trade and commerce.
Harbour Hotels has also acquired hotels in Brighton and Salcombe, taking its UK portfolio up to nine.
“These acquisitions further illustrate our ambitious growth plans; becoming one of the UK’s most exciting hotel brands, said Harbour Hotels boss Mike Warren.
