IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place in Dubai’s Marasi Marina, the first Regent-branded residences in the Middle East.
The development marks a new chapter for IHG as it expands its high-end portfolio in the region, aiming to redefine luxury living on Dubai’s waterfront.
The Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place will consist of 63 upper-luxury units and ten floating homes, offering an unmatched residential experience.
Set to open by the end of 2027, the property will be located in the vibrant Marasi Marina neighborhood, offering breathtaking views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai. It will feature a twin-tower architectural design, each adorned with full-floor residences that come with private swimming pools and expansive outdoor spaces.

The project also marks a milestone for IHG as the world’s first independent Regent Residences property.

The residences will be built in collaboration with Sankari, a leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai.
