Located in Singapore’s buzzing and vibrant downtown district of Tanjong Pagar at Murray Terrace, Maxwell Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection has opened its doors, offering an urban retreat in a century-old elegant colonial building.

Owned by The Garcha Group, the 138-room lifestyle hotel joins Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott Bonvoy’s diverse and dynamic portfolio with over 250 independent hotels, all hand-selected for their inherent craft and distinct perspective on design and hospitality. Maxwell Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection is situated in a lively city centre of Singapore along a block of heritage shophouses where business, socialising, dining and nightlife take centre stage. Guests can explore the culture-rich Chinatown with its enchanting temples or enjoy a historical journey at the National Museum of Singapore and Asian Civilisations Museum.

Housed in colonial-style 19th century heritage building, Maxwell Reserve Singapore is a masterpiece envisioned by owner Satinder Garcha and executed by the world-renowned French designer Jacques Garcia. It elegantly embodies decadent European grandeur infused with cosmopolitan sophistication. In harmony with the rich history of Singapore, Jacques Garcia presents his classic luminary vision through elaborate materials combined with a rich palette of emerald greens and ruby reds in the hotel’s 138 guestrooms and suites. A plant-based, GMO-free, gluten-free vegan restaurant that serves exceptional and flavourful dishes made from the finest organic ingredients sourced locally and globally from small & family farms. Cultivate features freshly pressed organic juices to gluten free breads and desserts. The menu is packed with a variety of ingredients such as white asparagus with Turkish figs and Sicilian green olive dressing as well as dessert treats. Cultivate patisserie grab and go serves delicious handmade delicacies from the first morning croissant, artisan coffee to an afternoon patisserie and celebratory cakes.


Oozing femininity, walls adorned with hand painted wallpaper, African wenge herringbone floors, Persian silk hand knotted rugs and banquettes clad in plush red velvets, Isabel, the hotel’s signature Bar offers timeless elegance, glamor and intimacy. At night, a colossal Pink Onyx statement bar fills with a warm glow creating an atmosphere. Guest will be able to enjoy a selection of the best hand-picked wines and champagnes, spirits and liquors from far and wide. Each imaginative cocktail that is shaken or stirred has been designed to complement Isabel’s striking interiors and ethos. An afternoon tea is perfect for chic celebrations. It features a Tea leaf selection exclusively curated to flow along with the flavours ranging from sweet and delightful pastries to savoury pillows of finger sandwiches. 


Shikar is inspired by the grand old feasts of Indian Royals where members of high society socialised, ate and drank. The menu at Shikar explores progressive ideas in Indian cuisine while maintaining traditional integrity. Chef Jolly reinterprets nostalgic Indian dishes with an openness towards global techniques and influences.


The Officer’s Mess Polo Bar takes guests into another world where the glamor, grandeur and sophistication of Polo transcends into conversation flowing over crystal stemware, dimly lit tables and deep armchairs clad in military uniforms. The oak panelled walls and African ebony floors are complemented majestically with a saddle leather bar and a hand painted polo scene from the 1930’s depicting a match at Guards Polo Club in Windsor (UK) between Royal Patiala and the British Army. 

At its heart the Polo Bar is a steak restaurant featuring some of the world’s finest prime grade cuts of meat and seafood. From lobster, crab-cakes, and the signature Polo burger to a succulent selection of grass-fed beef and delectable sides, the menu delivers variety and the incredible authenticity of a classic fine dining experience.

The hotel offers a one-of-kind event space. The Rose Room is an exclusive venue featuring natural daylight and an alfresco terrace, making it the ideal venue for intimate events or private meetings. In this urban oasis, guests can rejuvenate their body and soul with a workout in the Fitness Centre or enjoy a leisurely swim in the outdoor pool.
