JetBlue and Condor have expanded their partnership to include new benefits for TrueBlue members, allowing them to earn and redeem loyalty points on flights operated by the German leisure carrier. The enhanced agreement took effect on 26 August 2025 and adds flexibility for travelers flying across the Atlantic and within Europe.
The partnership marks a new phase in the relationship between the two airlines, which have collaborated since 2015. By integrating Condor flights into JetBlue’s loyalty program, the carriers aim to give passengers wider access to destinations while strengthening JetBlue’s Northeast focus cities in New York and Boston as gateways to Europe.
Expanded Loyalty Opportunities
Under the expanded agreement, TrueBlue members can now book eligible Condor award flights through JetBlue channels, redeem points for itineraries, and earn points when providing their membership details at jetblue.com or via the JetBlue mobile app. The move increases the scope of TrueBlue rewards for passengers seeking transatlantic travel options and short-haul European connections.
“Expanding our loyalty partnerships is a key part of how we deliver greater value to our customers,” said Edward Pouthier, vice president of loyalty and personalization, JetBlue. “Through our collaboration with Condor, TrueBlue members now have more ways to turn their loyalty into meaningful travel experiences. We’re proud to continue growing the TrueBlue program in ways that meet the needs of today’s traveler by offering access to a wider range of destinations around the world.”
Condor’s U.S. and European Reach
Condor currently operates service from nine U.S. gateways: New York (JFK), Boston (BOS), Miami (MIA), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), Las Vegas (LAS), Portland (PDX), and Anchorage (ANC). All flights connect to Frankfurt (FRA), the airline’s main hub, where passengers can transfer to more than 70 destinations across Europe.
Recent additions to Condor’s European network include Paris (CDG), Berlin (BER), Rome (FCO), Hamburg (HAM), Munich (MUC), Milan (MXP), Prague (PRG), Vienna (VIE), and Zurich (ZRH). This network expansion broadens the opportunities for JetBlue’s TrueBlue members, who can now use points on a wider variety of European city pairs.
“After a decade of successful partnership, we’re excited to further deepen our collaboration with JetBlue,” said David Carlisle, vice president network planning & partnerships at Condor. “Integrating Condor flights into the TrueBlue program adds meaningful value for our guests by offering another attractive frequent flyer option — one that complements our existing partnerships and is especially relevant for transatlantic travelers. At the same time, our European network is becoming even more accessible and appealing to TrueBlue members. We are also looking forward to physically moving closer to JetBlue when Condor moves into the brand-new Terminal 6 at JFK next year – right next to JetBlue’s Terminal 5.”
Focus on Northeast Gateways
The enhanced loyalty benefits are designed to strengthen JetBlue’s position at its two main Northeast gateways: New York (JFK) and Boston (BOS). These airports serve as the primary U.S. entry points for many transatlantic flights, making them central to JetBlue’s international expansion strategy. The loyalty partnership with Condor gives travelers more flexibility when booking journeys that combine U.S. domestic routes with European destinations.
For JetBlue, expanding TrueBlue through partnerships reflects a broader effort to grow its loyalty program as a driver of customer retention and ancillary revenue. By offering members a wider range of options to redeem points, the airline increases the perceived value of its rewards ecosystem and enhances its competitiveness against larger legacy carriers with established international networks.
Customer Convenience and Access
Passengers booking through JetBlue’s channels can now seamlessly plan itineraries that include Condor-operated flights. This integration means that members do not need to navigate multiple systems to redeem or earn points on transatlantic trips. The program also enables travelers to combine JetBlue’s extensive domestic U.S. network with Condor’s European services, offering a practical solution for passengers traveling beyond major hubs.
Industry observers note that the collaboration reflects the growing importance of loyalty programs in airline partnerships. Rather than limiting cooperation to codesharing, carriers are increasingly expanding into joint customer loyalty benefits, creating incentives for repeat business and brand loyalty in competitive markets.
The partnership’s timing aligns with Condor’s upcoming move into Terminal 6 at JFK, set to open next year. The new terminal, located adjacent to JetBlue’s Terminal 5, is expected to simplify passenger transfers and create closer physical proximity between the two carriers. For travelers, this could mean smoother connections and a more streamlined travel experience between JetBlue’s domestic network and Condor’s transatlantic flights.
With both airlines highlighting their decade-long cooperation, the expanded loyalty benefits are positioned as a natural evolution of the partnership. For JetBlue, it strengthens its appeal to travelers seeking international options from its U.S. gateways. For Condor, it increases its visibility in North America by tapping into JetBlue’s established loyalty base and brand presence.
The airlines expect that by aligning their loyalty programs, they will be able to attract both leisure and business travelers looking for seamless travel across the Atlantic. With JetBlue continuing to build international partnerships and Condor expanding its European reach, the collaboration underscores how mid-size carriers can use loyalty integration to compete effectively in the global travel market.
