SkyUp’s Broader European Strategy
SkyUp’s Polish launch comes on the heels of its successful expansion from Moldova. Since April 2025, the airline has operated flights from Chisinau to major destinations across France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, and Greece. In June, SkyUp will begin flying from Chisinau to Berlin, Stockholm, and Prague.
In 2024, SkyUp Airlines saw a 61.6% increase in passenger numbers, carrying 2.5 million travelers. This growth reflects strong demand for efficient, affordable travel solutions across Europe’s secondary cities and leisure markets.
With new routes, competitive pricing, and a growing reputation for quality service, SkyUp is becoming a key player in Europe’s low-cost airline sector. Passengers can now book tickets from Poland and Moldova to explore Southern Europe’s iconic coastlines, historical towns, and sunny beaches.
