Aman at Sea’s Amangati to debut in the Caribbean following inaugural Mediterranean season in 2027

Aman at Sea has announced that Amangati, the first vessel in its new fleet, will make its Caribbean debut in late 2027 following an inaugural season in the Mediterranean in spring. Currently under construction at T. Mariotti S.p.A 47-suite luxury motor yacht in Genoa, Italy, also offers private charters.

The Caribbean deployment will run from 21 November  2027 to 2 January 2028 and will feature 5- to 8-night itineraries centred on three regions: the Leeward Islands, the Windward Islands and the Dutch Caribbean. Extended stays in port allow for time ashore in the charming coastal villages of the Dutch Caribbean and respite on palm-shaded beaches in the Leeward Islands.

The opening series of voyages will explore the Leeward Islands, with calls at Gustavia in Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Jost Van Dyke, Philipsburg in Sint Maarten, Saba and Little Bay in Montserrat.. The itineraries will also include a Marina Dayin Barbuda and a beach call at Prickly Pear Cay off Anguilla.

Subsequent voyages will focus on the Windward Islands, operating between Saint John’s, Antigua and Bridgetown, Barbados. Scheduled ports include Îles des Saintes in Guadeloupe, Portsmouth in Dominica, Anse d’Arlet in Martinique, Soufrière in Saint Lucia, Canouan in the Grenadines and Saint George’s, Grenada.

The final regional programme will be dedicated to the southern Caribbean, with sailings between Bridgetown and Oranjestad featuring calls at Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and the Tobago Cays in the Grenadines.

The season will conclude with a two-night New Year’s anchorage at a private resort in Nevis.

Before crossing the Atlantic, Amangati will complete her first Mediterranean season with four additional voyages, including Aegean Treasures, Italian Flavours, Coastal Highlights and a Western Mediterranean itinerary concluding in Málaga.

The Mediterranean deployment will end with a 13-night transatlantic crossing from Malaga to Antigua, including calls at Cádiz and Ponta Delgada in the Azores and incorporating a wellness-focused programme during the ocean passage.

Sanctuaries at Sea

Luxury suites aboard Aman at Sea's Amangati featuring private spa terrace, panoramic lounge, ocean-view bathroom and elegant Japanese-inspired interiors.

Amangati is Sanskrit for ‘peaceful motion’.  Designed to evoke a sense of elemental calm inspired by the interior architecture of a Japanese ryokan home, Amangati’s 47 suites come with full-height windows and private terraces opening to uninterrupted vistas. At Amangati’s heart, the Marina offers a seamless connection to the sea, complemented by shaded decks and alfresco spaces.

Dining follows the seasons, while the Aman Spa, the largest in luxury yachting, crowns the experience with a two-storey wellness facility comprising a Japanese serenity garden and ocean-facing treatment rooms that restore balance.

The 94-guest yacht, currently under construction at the T. Mariotti shipyard in Italy, features hybrid technology powered by a dual-fuel engine and long-life battery storage capacity.

Aman at Sea is a joint venture between Cruise Saudi and luxury hospitality company Aman, extending the group’s presence into the ultra-luxury cruise sector.
