Dabiz Muñoz Opens StreetXO Ibiza at The Site Ibiza

Four-Michelin-Star Chef Dabiz Muñoz Opens StreetXO Ibiza at The Site Ibiza Gastronomic Hub

Spanish chef Dabiz Muñoz has opened StreetXO in Ibiza, bringing one of the most anticipated gastronomic openings of the season to the island. The restaurant began service on Monday, June 1, 2026.

StreetXO Ibiza sits within The Site Ibiza, the new destination promoted by Palladium Hotel Group that combines hospitality, retail, art and culinary excellence. It is located in the Ibiza Gallery, opposite The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.

The opening marks the arrival of Muñoz’s most urban and transgressive concept on the white island. The restaurant is open every night from 19:00 to 01:00.

StreetXO Ibiza keeps the hallmarks that have defined the concept worldwide, including an open kitchen, a vibrant bar, high energy and bold flavours. As Muñoz describes it, the experience is “a roller coaster without brakes”.

The space replicates the spirit of the original Madrid restaurant while adapting to the character of Ibiza through three environments. These are the Food Bar, the epicentre of culinary energy with its open kitchen, the terrace, which is exclusive to Ibiza and the only bookable space in the restaurant, and AISH, the cocktail bar.

The menu brings together some of the most iconic dishes of the StreetXO universe. These include the croquette Nigiri from La Pedroche, the Pekingese Dumpling, the steamed Sandwich Club, the Octopus Tako and the Bacon Bo Ssam, with the Brioche Pedroche serving as a final touch.

At AISH, the liquid menu features creations with an avant-garde spirit, including DiverXO Liquid Madrizzzz 100%, Blood XO and Huevo de La Pedroche.

“Ibiza is made for StreetXO and StreetXO is made for Ibiza. It’s one of those destinations where StreetXO can continue to grow naturally, because it fits with that concept of hedonism and unfiltered experience,” said Dabiz Muñoz.

“It is pure energy, an aspirational place worldwide, where people seek precisely to disconnect, enjoy and let themselves go,” he added.

Muñoz has been distinguished for three years in a row as the best chef in the world. He holds four Michelin stars, three from DiverXO and one from RavioXO, the result of a non-conformist vision and a constant search for excellence.

His culinary proposal challenges established rules and redefines haute cuisine through avant-garde, bold cooking without creative limits. The StreetXO concept extends that approach into a more urban and accessible setting.

Palladium Hotel Group has positioned the opening as part of a wider strategy to establish Ibiza as an international gastronomic destination. The Site Ibiza is designed to bring innovative culinary proposals and prestigious brands together in one space.
