ANA Launches New Japan Football Fan Experiences for Travellers

All Nippon Airways (ANA) and the Japan Football Association (JFA) have launched new fan initiatives designed to bring travellers closer to the Japan National Football Team ahead of upcoming matches in North and Central America.

The new activities form part of the “TEAM BLUE” campaign and include in-flight prize draws, football-themed beverage cups on domestic flights, and airport staff activations at Tokyo’s Haneda and Narita airports. ANA said the programme builds on its partnership with JFA, which began in 2023.

ANA will introduce the second phase of its ANA BLUE SPIRIT Campaign after the first phase ran from January through March 2026. Passengers flying on ANA Group-operated domestic and international flights will be able to enter prize draws for Japan National Team merchandise and match tickets.

The campaign runs from May 18 through June 30, 2026, while eligible travel dates run from June 1 through July 31, 2026. All ANA Group-operated domestic and international routes are included.

Prize offerings include ANA original adidas Japan National Team jerseys, pairs of tickets to Japan National Team home matches scheduled for September and October 2026, and other exclusive items.

ANA will also introduce special edition paper cups inspired by the Japan National Football Team during domestic in-flight beverage services.

The football-themed cups are scheduled to be available from May 27 through June 30, 2026, on all domestic routes except aircraft operating special liveries. The cups will be used in First Class, known as Premium Class on domestic flights, and Economy Class cabins.

To extend the campaign beyond the aircraft cabin, ANA ground staff at Haneda Airport and Narita International Airport will wear official adidas Japan National Team jerseys on select match days during June.

The airport activations are scheduled for June 14, June 21, and June 26, 2026. ANA said dates and locations remain subject to change.

The airline said the latest initiatives are designed to strengthen fan engagement and connect supporters in Japan and overseas through travel experiences linked to the national football team.
