The Printing House Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, officially opens in Nashville’s South Bank neighborhood, offering 187 rooms with design-forward interiors and locally inspired experiences.
The new lifestyle hotel is located at Third Avenue and Peabody Street, near iconic destinations including the Ryman Auditorium and Printer’s Alley. Reservations are available for stays beginning 8 September 2025, with nightly rates starting at $349.
The hotel celebrates Nashville’s historic role in the printing industry and its music legacy, blending mid-century design with nods to the city’s cultural roots. Operated under Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, The Printing House is the brand’s latest addition to meet rising demand for unique, locally connected properties. It is the second LEED-certified hotel in Nashville.
Design and Amenities Reflect Local History
The hotel’s architecture and interior design are heavily influenced by Nashville’s printing past. The exterior features stamping patterns, while the interior showcases natural materials such as walnut, rattan, and brass. A custom block “P” logo references letterpress typography, further tying the property to the city’s print culture.
Guests have access to amenities including a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, a floating fireplace in the central lounge, and a rooftop stage hosting local musicians and songwriting sessions. The property includes 12 deluxe suites and a flexible private floor that can convert into a seven-room suite with shared lounge space, ideal for group bookings or events.
Dining and Café Concepts with Local Flavor
The hotel houses two main dining venues. The Letterpress Lounge & Terrace is a fifth-floor wraparound bar and restaurant offering lunch and dinner menus focused on Southern cuisine, shareable platters, and signature whiskey cocktails. It also serves local craft beer and non-alcoholic options like “Editor’s Elixirs.”
The Press House Café operates as a combination espresso bar and Southern diner. Guests can enjoy espresso drinks, smoothies, brunch cocktails, and a mix of plated and grab-and-go meals, including vegan and high-protein choices.
Meetings, Events, and Hilton Honors Benefits
The Printing House provides 3,200 square feet of event space, including outdoor terraces and a catering kitchen, supporting business meetings, creative sessions, and private celebrations. Communal areas are designed to foster casual interaction in a refined setting.
“The hotel is our tribute to the city’s printing history, which was instrumental in the stamping of songbooks eventually converging with artists who made the Music City what it is today,” said Gayle Wilkinson, General Manager, The Printing House. Hilton’s brand leader Elizabeth Scruggs added, “The Printing House’s vibrant story, rich design and on-property offerings that are uniquely Nashville delivers exactly the stay [guests] are seeking.”
The hotel participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, which offers guests benefits such as flexible point redemption, exclusive member discounts, and complimentary Wi-Fi when booking directly through Hilton channels.
Located just a few blocks from Nashville’s entertainment district, The Printing House positions itself as a quiet yet accessible destination for travelers seeking both design and authenticity in Music City.
