Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) has blossomed into a vibrant floral wonderland with the launch of Celebrate Jewel Blooms with LEGO Botanicals.
Marking the largest showcase of LEGO Botanicals ever featured in a mall in Southeast Asia, the displays bring the popular LEGO collection to life. They will be showcased for a limited period, from now until 26 July.
Featuring approximately 800,000 LEGO bricks carefully assembled into breathtaking floral installations, the spectacular promises an unforgettable experience not just for LEGO fans, but for families seeking a fun recreational activity and international travellers keen to catch a unique Singapore experience.
Towering floral centrepieces at Jewel Forest Valley
At the heart of the Jewel Forest Valley, a pair of larger-than-life LEGO Rose models, standing at 2 metres, create a striking centrepiece against the iconic Jewel Rain Vortex.
As visitors explore Jewel, they will be delighted to see whimsical installations, including a cheerful LEGO Botanicals Happy Plants and Rocking Plants display, seamlessly woven into the surrounding lush greenery.
A journey through the ‘Gardens of the World’ at Canopy Park
The floral adventure continues at Jewel’s Canopy Park located at its topmost floor on Level 5 which will be on display until 30 August. The play wonderland has been transformed into a global horticultural trail inspired by the LEGO Icons ‘Gardens of the World’ series, which celebrates the beauty of garden designs around the world.
Visitors can unwind at the Source Pool and be charmed by a Japanese garden, complete with a Japanese House, water lilies and koi fishes built from LEGO bricks, echoing the serenity depicted in the 10315 Tranquil Garden Set.
Experience the golden hues of fall at the beautifully crafted display based off 11372 Autumn Cottage Garden Set from LEGO Icons.
At Foggy Bowls, a Mediterranean-inspired setting comes to life with sunflowers, tulips and vine-draped pergolas inspired by the 10359 Fountain Garden Set. The journey concludes at the Petal Garden, where an English countryside scene featuring a cosy cottage and whimsical mushroom house evokes the charm of the 11372 Autumn Cottage Garden Set.
“We are delighted to debut Southeast Asia’s largest LEGO Botanicals showcase here at Jewel,” said Lee Ching Wern, Chief Executive Officer of Jewel Changi Airport. “By reinterpreting Jewel’s iconic indoor environment through the creative lens of LEGO, we are offering visitors a fresh and inspiring way to experience familiar spaces, complemented by exclusive retail offerings and experiential showcases. High fashion meets LEGO Botanicals
As part of the opening celebrations for Celebrate Jewel Blooms with LEGO Botanicals, the LEGO Group unveiled a specially curated fashion showcase in partnership with the Singapore Fashion Council. Bringing together florals, fashion and performance, the vibrant runway presentation reimagines the LEGO Botanicals collection as an unexpected medium for creative expression.
In collaboration with a collective group of celebrated fashion designers and labels – Joanna Lim, Sabrina Goh, Kha Ngo, Bhajinder Kaur, Clara Simanjuntak, Horas Napitupulu and Sylvia Lim – the showcase features bespoke runway looks.
