Fusion Hotel Group Launches HIIVE Hotels, Expanding its Hospitality Portfolio in Vietnam

HIIVE Binh Duong

Fusion Hotel Group, a leading integrated hospitality and management company in Vietnam, announced the launch of HIIVE Hotels, a brand catering to business travelers in industrial and logistic hubs.

The highly anticipated debut of HIIVE Hotels in Southeast Asia will commence with the opening of HIIVE Binh Duong in August.

Strategically located in the heart of Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1 (VSIP 1) in Thuan An, Binh Duong, HIIVE Binh Duong offers 172 well-appointed rooms. The hotel enjoys close proximity to Aeon Mall, Song Be Golf Resort, and is just an hour away from Ho Chi Minh City's international airport, ensuring convenience for guests.

Designed to accommodate both work and leisure travelers, HIIVE Hotel provides an array of amenities and facilities. The hotel features spacious rooms ideal for longer stays, versatile meeting spaces, co-working areas, an all-day dining restaurant, a sports bar, a golf simulator, a 24-hour fitness center, and guest laundry facilities on every floor.

Christopher Hur, President of Lodgis Hospitality Holdings Pte. Ltd., the parent company of Fusion, commented on the new venture, stating, "Vietnam has seen a steady increase in foreign investment and business travel, with Binh Duong emerging as a major manufacturing hub near Ho Chi Minh City. The growing demand for international service standards and accommodation for business travelers makes HIIVE the perfect offering. We aim to establish HIIVE as the preferred hotel for regional business travelers."

The 11-story property boasts contemporary interiors with a modern industrial aesthetic. Common areas of the hotel are thoughtfully designed to exude a stylish industrial vibe, while guest rooms feature softer and more neutral tones, creating a soothing ambiance.

Peter Meyer, CEO of Lodgis and Fusion Hotel Group, highlighted the hotel's design concept, saying, "In an era where work and play merge seamlessly, we aimed to create spaces that cater to both these aspects."

HIIVE Binh Duong offers three well-equipped meeting rooms with flexible layouts, whiteboard walls, and modern audio-visual technology. The meeting spaces can accommodate small groups and can host up to 100 people in the largest room. The co-working spaces range from private areas for focused work to communal spaces that encourage networking and collaboration among guests.

Dining options at the hotel include Zest Restaurant, where guests can savor regional Vietnamese dishes, and the Dzo Dzo Sports Bar, an ideal spot to unwind with its large flat-screen TVs, billiards table, and an enticing selection of craft beers, cocktails, and bar snacks.

For leisure and entertainment, HIIVE Binh Duong features a state-of-the-art golf simulator that allows guests to play on 72 world-renowned golf courses. Additionally, a modern 24-hour fitness center equipped with cardio machines, weights, and yoga equipment is available for guests to maintain their wellness routines.

The hotel offers five distinct room categories to cater to various preferences. The Superior category features a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace within its 26m² space. The majority of the rooms fall under the Deluxe category, offering 38m² of space and a separate living area. The Premium Deluxe rooms include a bathtub and a private balcony, providing an elevated experience. The Suites, with their 50m² space, are perfect for long-stay guests, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate living room.

HIIVE Hotels prioritizes sustainability in its operations. The rooms incorporate energy management solutions that monitor and automate the room environment, while reflective window coverings and heat-proofing techniques ensure consistent internal temperatures. LED lighting, water-efficient sanitary ware, and renewable materials for interior finishes further contribute to the brand's commitment to eco-conscious practices.

Peter Meyer emphasized Fusion's dedication to sustainability, stating, "As Fusion continues to grow, sustainability remains paramount in all our new properties. We are implementing standardized practices across all HIIVE hotels to limit our local and long-term impact on the communities we serve. Our centralized water filtration system with refill stations is aimed at reducing plastic bottle waste, cutting operational costs, and enhancing the health of our employees and guests."

Looking ahead, Fusion Hotel Group plans to open its second HIIVE Hotel, HIIVE Binh Duong New City (VSIP 2), in the first quarter of 2024, further expanding its footprint and providing exceptional hospitality experiences for business travelers in Vietnam.

With the launch of HIIVE Hotels, Fusion Hotel Group continues to solidify its position as a leading player in the Vietnamese hospitality industry, offering unparalleled comfort, convenience, and sustainability to guests visiting key industrial and logistic hubs in the region.
