The hotel has a prime location and Surabaya is the biggest metropolitan city in Indonesia with the inhabitant approximately 3 million peoples.

Room service is also available 24 hours. The hotel can serve as a venue for meetings and special events. A variety of flexible meeting and banquet space is available that can accommodate up to 300 people.
