Farnek Secures Major Hospitality Contracts with UAE Luxury Hotels

Leading UAE-based smart and green facilities management (FM) company Farnek has witnessed significant new business acquisitions from the UAE’s hospitality sector, valued at over AED 10 million so far during 2025.

To support these contract wins, Farnek has mobilised 330 new staff members to sites throughout the UAE, bringing its total workforce to over 10,000 employees. These professionals include room attendants, public area cleaners, housekeeping staff, technical workers, and stewards. All staff deployed have been trained at Farnek’s in-house training centre, ensuring service standards align with the high expectations of luxury hotels.

High-Profile Clients and Strategic Growth

Farnek’s new contracts include partnerships with some of the most prestigious names in hospitality. The list of clients now serviced under these agreements features:

  • Kempinski
  • Sofitel
  • JW Marriott
  • Millennium
  • Emaar Hospitality Group
  • Grand Hyatt
  • Atlantis Dubai

These wins build on Farnek’s momentum from 2024, when the company secured and retained hospitality contracts valued at AED 72 million. At that time, 450 staff were mobilised to support service delivery across the region.

Meeting Market Demand with Sustainability and Smart Tech

Tamer Bishay, Director of Business Development at Farnek, credited the company’s performance to its focus on smart technology, sustainability, and its flexible service approach. “We have focused our efforts on the UAE’s hospitality sector, given its rapid expansion and the integral role it plays in the UAE’s economy,” he explained. “Our fully trained, experienced and qualified staff can fulfil a variety of roles within the hospitality sector seamlessly.”

Farnek’s competitive advantage lies in its ability to deliver value without compromising on service quality. As the UAE hospitality sector grows, competition remains fierce. Hotels and resorts are under pressure to optimize operations for sustainability, cost-efficiency, and guest satisfaction—all areas where Farnek delivers proven results.

Farnek’s Sustainability Credentials

Farnek is not only a service provider but also a sustainability partner for hotels across the Middle East and North Africa. It is the exclusive regional partner for Green Globe Certification, the leading sustainability certification for the travel and tourism industry. Farnek audits properties based on more than 380 sustainability indicators. As of 2025, the company has certified over 100 hotels and leisure facilities in 38 cities across the MENA region.

These sustainability efforts not only reduce environmental impact but also generate significant financial savings for hotel partners.

Innovation Through HITEK AI

Further supporting its hospitality growth, Farnek’s sister company HITEK has introduced Housekeeping Plus, a smart mobile application designed specifically for hotels and resorts. Launched in 2024, the app streamlines housekeeping processes and automates workflow, increasing both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This solution reflects the growing importance of digital transformation in hospitality operations. From scheduling room cleaning to managing staff deployment in real time, Housekeeping Plus helps luxury properties maintain high service standards with fewer resources.

With this combination of skilled staffing, sustainability expertise, and cutting-edge technology, Farnek is cementing its role as a preferred FM partner for UAE luxury hotels in 2025 and beyond.
