Radisson Hotel Group has announced four new hotel signings in France as part of its accelerated expansion strategy in the market. The developments include new properties in Paris, Cannes, and Bourges, reinforcing the Group’s presence in both urban and resort destinations.
Strategic partnerships with real estate firms Covivio and Byron Gestion support the signings.
With these additions, Radisson’s French portfolio now comprises 34 hotels in operation and under development. The Group aims to leverage high-traffic locations and cultural landmarks to meet growing demand across luxury lifestyle and upscale segments in France.
New Openings Across Strategic Locations
In Paris, the 90-room Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel, will open in Q3 2026 following a full renovation. Located on rue de La Fayette, near Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier, the hotel features a Belle Époque façade and a Gustave Eiffel-designed staircase. The reimagined property will include a 19th-century atrium housing a reception, bar, and restaurant, as well as wellness facilities in a converted vault room.
Also in the Île-de-France region, Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy CDG Airport will open at the end of 2025, directly across from Terminal 3 at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The 305-room property will undergo upgrades in 2026 and include 1,500m² of meeting space, a terrace, and wellness amenities such as a fitness centre, sauna, hammam, and indoor pool. This development further strengthens Radisson Blu’s footprint at one of Europe’s busiest airports.
Growth in Southern and Central France
Radisson Resort Cannes will bring the upscale Radisson brand to the Cote d’Azur, with a beachfront property in Cannes La Bocca scheduled to open in 2026. The 100-room hotel, acquired by Byron Gestion, will feature private balconies, sea views, direct beach access, an outdoor pool, and landscaped gardens. Positioned just 10 minutes from La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, the resort targets leisure guests and event attendees alike.
In central France, Hôtel Beaux Arts Bourges, a member of Radisson Individuals, will open in 2027 in the city’s historic district. The 52-room hotel offers proximity to the main square and aims to benefit from Bourges being named the European Capital of Culture for 2028. It will serve as a cultural base for domestic and international visitors.
Broader Expansion and Future Pipeline
The Group’s growth in France is underpinned by a robust pipeline. Upcoming openings include Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule (Q4 2025), Maison Rivoli Paris (Winter 2027), and Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris (H1 2027), each bringing distinct brand propositions. These follow recent openings such as Cour des Loges Lyon, a Radisson Collection Hotel, and Radisson Blu Hotel, Montpellier.
“France is a strategic growth market for Radisson Hotel Group, where we aim to significantly expand our footprint,” said Elie Younes, Global Chief Development Officer & Executive Vice President, Radisson Hotel Group.
“From historic conversions in cultural landmarks to contemporary icons in high-traffic gateways, our expansion is supported by long-term and strategic partnerships.”
Radisson’s continued investment in France reflects rising demand in both tourism and business travel segments, with a focus on delivering value across real estate and guest experience in key national destinations.
