On December 15, 2025, the resort will debut the new Chairman Building, reserved exclusively for Diamond Club™ guests. The building will feature ten new oceanfront suites in privileged locations, bringing the total number of accommodations at the property to 100. It will also introduce an exclusive beach area, pool and bar zones, a private restaurant, and a curated music lounge.
