Royalton Hotels Launches the Royalton Reserve Collection

Royalton Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of the Royalton Reserve Collection, a new portfolio of independent luxury resorts within its brand, debuting with the inauguration of the iconic Paraíso de la Bonita in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The announcement, made on October 8, 2025, marks the beginning of Royalton’s strategy to redefine the luxury all-inclusive segment through distinctive service, design, and individuality.

The new collection introduces a curated selection of properties designed to combine independence and exclusivity while maintaining the Royalton standard of hospitality. Paraíso de la Bonita, now a member of the Royalton Reserve Collection, becomes the first property in the portfolio and sets the benchmark for future developments under the concept. The initiative underscores Royalton Hotels & Resorts’ expansion focus in the upper-tier travel market.

Paraíso de la Bonita Becomes First Member of the Royalton Reserve Collection

Royalton described the Reserve Collection as both a portfolio and a seal of distinction for independent resorts that reflect their unique character and sense of place. Each property is intended to maintain individuality while adhering to the brand’s elevated standards for service, gastronomy, and guest experience. The collection is aimed at discerning travelers seeking exclusivity and authenticity within the all-inclusive model.

“Paraíso de la Bonita is the jewel inaugurating the Royalton Reserve Collection,” said Jordi Pelfort, President of Royalton Hotels & Resorts. “This iconic resort not only honors its storied legacy as part of The Luxury Collection but also paves the way for a new era in which Royalton Reserve Collection properties will deliver one-of-a-kind experiences, each with its own soul, its own story, and its own vision of luxury.”

Located in the Riviera Maya, Paraíso de la Bonita is known for its oceanfront suites, design rooted in regional artistry, and longstanding reputation among international travelers. With its inclusion in the Royalton Reserve Collection, the resort will introduce an upgraded experience that integrates the brand’s signature Diamond Club™ concept for select accommodations.

On December 15, 2025, the resort will debut the new Chairman Building, reserved exclusively for Diamond Club™ guests. The building will feature ten new oceanfront suites in privileged locations, bringing the total number of accommodations at the property to 100. It will also introduce an exclusive beach area, pool and bar zones, a private restaurant, and a curated music lounge. A breakfast restaurant and a Cooking Studio will form part of the building’s new culinary and experiential concept, designed to offer guests immersive gastronomy and privacy.

Paraíso de la Bonita will also open The Royal Spa on the same date, a reimagined wellness facility offering hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, a salt room, a full-service beauty salon, and a bridal suite. The spa will include a modern fitness center equipped with advanced technology, positioning it as a flagship wellness destination in the region. Royalton said the concept reflects a redefined approach to holistic travel, turning wellness into an elevated art form.

The resort’s transformation under the Royalton Reserve Collection umbrella will also bring enhancements to the existing Diamond Club™ suite category, including private butler service and exclusive access to select areas within the property. These additions are designed to deliver a tiered experience emphasizing privacy, comfort, and personalized service.

Royalton Hotels & Resorts confirmed that additional properties are already planned for inclusion in the Royalton Reserve Collection, although no specific locations have been disclosed. The company said the move aligns with its long-term growth strategy to expand its footprint in the global luxury all-inclusive sector, a segment that continues to attract high-value travelers seeking differentiated experiences.

Beyond traditional leisure tourism, Paraíso de la Bonita’s design and amenities position it to host high-end retreats, corporate incentive programs, and executive gatherings. Its combination of exclusive accommodations, wellness facilities, and meeting spaces supports its positioning as a multi-purpose luxury resort for travelers and business groups alike.

“Royalton Reserve Collection is a hospitality philosophy,” said Pelfort. “Our vision is to champion individuality, foster creativity, and uphold the highest benchmarks of service. With Paraíso de la Bonita as the inaugural member, we are setting the stage for an unprecedented journey in luxury hospitality.”

The launch comes amid continued momentum in Mexico’s luxury travel sector, with Riviera Maya remaining one of Latin America’s most visited destinations for premium all-inclusive vacations. Royalton’s decision to introduce its new collection in this region underscores the destination’s global influence and appeal among travelers seeking both relaxation and refinement.

Royalton Hotels & Resorts is expected to reveal further details about future Reserve Collection properties in the coming months. For more information, travelers and trade partners can visit www.royaltonresorts.com.
