Cartier reopens its Boutique in Incheon International Airport

Cartier, in collaboration with Shinsegae Duty Free, unveiled its reimagined airport boutique in Incheon International Airport Terminal 1.

Debuted on March 12th, the redesigned space invites travelers to immerse themselves in an elevated journey that seamlessly blends Cartier’s timeless elegance with the unique cultural essence of Seoul.

“Our long-standing partnership with Shinsegae Duty Free has been essential to successfully bringing this reimagined airport boutique to life. The transformation embodies the Maison’s ongoing mission to curate immersive destinations across our airport network, and we look forward to welcoming travelers to discover an enriched journey that bridges tradition with modernity at Incheon International Airport,” says Virginie Martignac, Global Travel Retail Director at Cartier.

Positioned within one of the airport’s most distinguished retail environments, the Maison’s iconic champagne-gold façade is an invitation for travelers to immerse themselves in the elevated experience. Inside, a curated palette of warm reds, and beiges— drawn from traditional Korean architecture— harmonizes with wooden accents that echo the refined beauty of historical Korean wooden panels.

At the heart of the boutique, a focus wall draws on the graceful, flowing silhouette of the Incheon bridge, with the Maison’s emblematic panther seamlessly emerging from its lines. Travelers are invited to discover Cartier’s exquisite creations ranging from jewelry, timepieces, leather goods, fragrance, and accessories.

“This celebrated boutique has remained a beloved destination for travelers for over two decades. Its timeless and elegant transformation stands as a testament to the collaborative spirit we share with Cartier. We look forward to continuously engaging travelers this enhanced journey with our exceptional services to foster even deeper connections,” says Lee Seok-gu, CEO at Shinsegae Duty Free.
