In a thrilling culmination at the Lusail International Circuit, Max Verstappen clinched his 14th Grand Prix win of the season amidst the cheers of Formula 1® enthusiasts and Qatar Airways supporters.
The victory was followed by the Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, presenting Oracle Red Bull Racing with its sixth Constructors’ Cup.
The excitement didn’t end there. After the Sprint Race on 7 October in Doha, Verstappen was awarded his third World Drivers’ Championship trophy by His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker.

The post-race festivities were amplified by a performance from world-renowned DJ Snake, resonating excitement throughout the venue.
Parallel to the Grand Prix, Qatar Airways played an instrumental role in supporting the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) held in Doha for the first time. The show, running until 14 October, is set to unveil a myriad of luxury, sports, and classic vehicles, catering to the tastes of motor aficionados.

Qatar Airways also treated its passengers to a unique F1® experience on board with a specially curated menu and an exclusive take-off trailer previewing the Grand Prix.

In September, Qatar Airways fortified its commitment to motorsport by partnering with BWT Alpine F1 Team. This partnership was celebrated with a special photo opportunity at the Hamad International Airport hangar, attended by notable figures from the motorsport industry.
