Artaş Holding has put its 26-storey Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM Istanbul property on the market, according to a disclosure from its subsidiary Avrupakent Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. The hotel has 141 rooms and 440 beds.
The company said it has started the sales process for the property in Gaziosmanpaşa, in Istanbul, and its board approved the decision. The lease and operating agreement with Pantur Otelcilik ve Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş., which ran the building as a tourism apartment accommodation facility, was ended by mutual consent on 30 June 2026.
Pantur has until 31 August 2026 to complete the vacant handover of the property. Avrupakent said it would make further disclosures under capital markets rules if there were developments in the sale process.
Artaş Holding has 12 hotels in its portfolio, making the sale one of the group’s notable hotel asset moves in Istanbul. The property is located in Karayolları Mahallesi, on Abdi İpekçi Street, at numbers 30 and 32 J.
The announcement was made through the Public Disclosure Platform, which Turkish listed companies use to inform investors and the public. Avrupakent said the board had decided to begin the sale process and to terminate the operating arrangement in order to complete the transfer smoothly.
The move comes as hotel and hospitality assets in major cities continue to draw investor attention, particularly in large transport-linked districts such as Gaziosmanpaşa. The company did not disclose a sale price or a timetable for completion.
Because the property is tied to both tourism use and real estate investment, the transaction will be watched by investors interested in Istanbul hotel assets. Any new details are expected to be shared through further regulatory announcements.
