River Rock Hotels and Resorts to Manage Vienna House Tbilisi

River Rock Hotels and Resorts has announced a major expansion into Georgia through a new strategic partnership with Paradis Group. The hospitality group will take over management of the soon-to-open Vienna House by Wyndham Tbilisi, marking a significant step forward in its international growth strategy.

The agreement was formalized by signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) between River Rock Hotels and Resorts and Paradisi 18 LLC, positioning the property as a flagship hotel in the vibrant capital city of Tbilisi.

A Historic Location with Modern Vision

The Vienna House by Wyndham Tbilisi will occupy a landmark building on Tsotne Dadiani Street in the historic Nadzaladevi district — a site once frequented by notable political and cultural figures. The building’s transformation into a hotel is intended to preserve its architectural charm while infusing it with contemporary sophistication. Just a five-minute walk from the city center and key transport links, the location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

Upon completion, the hotel will feature 60 individually styled rooms, a signature restaurant offering a fusion of Georgian and European cuisine, a curated wine-tasting lounge, an elegant cigar bar, a full-service spa, and a modern conference center — all within a 4,000-square-meter property that blends historical character with modern comfort.

Bugra Berberoglu, President and CEO of River Rock Hotels and Resorts, emphasized the importance of this new chapter: “Managing Vienna House by Wyndham Tbilisi underlines our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while preserving the authentic spirit of each destination.
