TOCA Social opens US flagship soccer social club in Dallas ahead of 2026 World Cup

TOCA Football Inc. announces the official U.S. debut of TOCA Social, the world’s first soccer social club, with a flagship venue opening at Grandscape in the Dallas Metroplex this March.

The venue hosts a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 4 followed by a public grand opening on March 6, positioning North Texas as the brand’s American launchpad as the city prepares for its role in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Founded by two-time U.S. World Cup veteran and former MLS player Eddie Lewis, and backed by Major League Soccer and Abby Wambach, the 20,000-square-foot entertainment space blends technology-led football play with food, drink and live viewing experiences.

The launch coincides with Dallas serving as the International Broadcast Center and hosting 9 matches during the 2026 tournament. TOCA confirms reservations are now open for group outings, celebrations, corporate events and matchday gatherings, offering visitors a new way to engage with soccer culture beyond the stadium.

High-tech play meets food, drink and football culture

TOCA Social is designed around accessibility rather than elite performance, aiming to make football welcoming for newcomers and casual players. The venue features proprietary ball-delivery and tracking technology developed from Lewis’s “small ball” training methods during his 14-year professional career, allowing guests to compete in enclosed “Social Boxes” without needing cleats, kits or prior experience.

“TOCA was born from my obsession with the technical side of the game and the belief that a soccer ball should be at everyone’s feet,” said Eddie Lewis, TOCA Founder. “After seeing the incredible reception in the UK, bringing our Social flagship home to the U.S.—and specifically to a soccer-rich market like Dallas—is a dream realized. We’ve created a place where the skill of the pros meets the energy of a world-class night out.”

The experience extends beyond gameplay. A chef-driven “Global Street Food” menu anchors the food offering, with dishes such as Birria Tacos and Spicy Fried Chicken paired with a full-service bar and signature cocktails, including the “Pitch Invader.” Massive 4K screens and a vibrant mid-century modern design transform the space into a large-scale watch venue for international fixtures and private corporate takeovers.

“Soccer is the ultimate unifier, but for too long, the ‘entry fee’ was being a pro-level athlete,” said Abby Wambach, USWNT Legend and TOCA Board Member. “TOCA Social is changing that narrative. This Dallas-area flagship is where the next generation of American soccer culture is being built.”

A timely launch as Dallas gears up for a global spotlight

The timing places TOCA Social at the centre of rising international attention on North Texas. Dallas prepares to host a tournament-high 9 matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup while also serving as the International Broadcast Center, bringing broadcasters, fans and teams from around the world into the region. The new venue positions itself as a permanent home for year-round soccer culture, not just a temporary fan zone.

As an official partner of Major League Soccer, TOCA aims to grow grassroots participation and deepen fan engagement in the U.S. market. “Our partnership with MLS is a cornerstone of our mission to engage fans in innovative new ways,” said Yoshi Maruyama, CEO of TOCA. “By launching our U.S. Flagship at Grandscape now, we are providing a world-class destination where fans can play, dine, and celebrate the global game. We’ve built a unique space that welcomes everyone—from soccer enthusiasts to casual social seekers.”

The company positions the Dallas flagship as a model for future expansion, using technology and social play to remove traditional barriers to entry. For visitors, the appeal lies in combining a hands-on sporting experience with nightlife, dining and live broadcasts in a single destination — a format already proven popular in the UK.

“Our goal is to transform the game,” said Alex Harman, TOCA Social President. “Every element has been designed to make soccer the most social and accessible sport in Dallas.”

For travellers planning a trip to Texas in the run-up to the World Cup, the opening adds a new experiential attraction that reflects the city’s growing role in global football culture. Whether visitors come to play, watch or simply soak up the atmosphere, TOCA Social offers a glimpse of how sport, entertainment and social spaces continue to merge in modern travel destinations.
