The Government of Georgia has officially extended the duration Ukrainians can stay in the country without a visa. This new policy allows Ukrainian citizens to reside in Georgia visa-free for up to three years.
Immediate Effect of New Georgian Policy
The resolution regarding the extended stay was published on the Georgian government’s official website.
It states that the policy takes effect immediately following its publication and is applicable to legal relations starting from February 24, 2024.
